Alessa Ray is a pop singer, songwriter and producer from Los Angeles. As a contestant in the “Music Record Contest” in her home country of Paraguay, she realized that writing her own songs would be the best way to express herself as a musician. In 2017 the multilingual artist self-released her debut EP online and began performing in regional clubs. After relocating to Los Angeles and attending Musicians Institute she continued to perform at Hollywood venues as a background singer, as well as performing her own music with notable session players.
Alessa is currently is in the studio putting the final touches on her second EP, which is inspired by life experiences, literature and her adventures meeting unique people from around the world. Musically, she draws inspiration from a wide spectrum of popular musical styles, ranging from salsa to EDM, and will incorporate “Spanglish” into her upcoming singles. Alessa’s music has been featured by Music Connection magazine, Muzik Beat, Tuned Loud, Hunnypot Unlimited and The JW Vibe. Alessa’s latest single for “Mamacita” is available on most digital service providers and the just released music video for the track is now on Youtube.
