Ever since I jointed the gym I have become a health freak, before I found my fitness passion I thought every dish and every healthy drink were simply boring and tasteless well I WAS WRONG!!!. I have fallen completely in love with my healthy live style from the food to the protein drinks I am in sweet , sweet heaven and water has become my new best friend! While most commercial water bottle brands are nothing more than food coloring, sugar, and chemicals, you can jazz up an entire pitcher of water at home naturally with just a few ingredients. All you need is fruit and fresh herbs. The benefits of drinking fruit infused water is beyond amazing from preventing headaches, boost brainpower, improve your mood, and even help you lose weight—these recipes will help you stay healthy and hydrated all summer long. Khloe Kardashian shared on her instagram a cute and simple way to make yummy and healthy fruit infused water the ingredients are the following

12 cups of filtered water (3 quarts)
1 medium organic cucumber
2-3 small organic lemons
10-12 organic mint leaves

Directions:
Wash lemons and cucumbers; slice thinly. Add lemons, cucumber, and mint to pitcher. Cover with water and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
