Calle Ocho is still the United States’ largest street party in history with over 1 million attendees yearly. It is an international festive celebration of food, culture and the arts hosted by enormous superstars.
This year, Cuban-American Miami native Jencarlos Canela will be hosting this tremendous event and will also be performing on two of Calle Ocho’s 11 stages. Yes! This year they have 11 stages set up for the city to move their feet to and dance to the various styles of music that will be played by talented deejays and performed by artists and bands.
There will be Bachata, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Top 40 and even Country music being played at each of their unique stages so whether you’re Black, White, or Hispanic there is a little something for everyone to enjoy.
La Mega 94.9 Stage

You will see Calle Ocho appearances by listener favorites El Gato y Patty and Ozzi Muniz, as well as performances by Elijah King and Dyland y Lenny at the Zeta Mega 94.9 stage.
Kiss Country Stage
SW 12th Avenue North
David Ray is back to perform this year on South Florida’s favorite country station’s stage for all the cowboys and cowgirls that will be in attendance as well.
America Teve Stage
SW 12th Avenue South
You will see the likes of Hansel y Raul, “Caballo Viejo” singer Roberto Torres, and Los 3 de la Habana on this stage and more.
Power 96 Stage
SW 17th Avenue
“Miami’s Party Station” is bringing what every loves about Miami to Calle Ocho — loud, sexy, and a little scandalous. This year, Fat Joe, Flo Rida, and Sensato will be shutting down Power 96’s stage.
Telemundo 51 Stage
SW 10th Street Road
Los Primeros and Pichaco y su orquesta some of the acts sharing the stage with Calle Ocho King Jencarlos Canela. Make sure to dress your best because Telemundo will undoubtedly air several taped and live segments from this year’s festival.
Coca Cola Stage
SW 22nd Avenue North
After dancing your ass off in the rest of the street festival come grab some refreshments from this area. There will be an igloo giving out cold beverages to attendees to cool down and continue partying.
Monster Energy Drink Stage

Come grab an even bigger pick-me-up Monster Energy Drink from this stage area and chekc out some very cool BMX riders performing stunts and high flying around the course.
Planet Pit MegaStage
SW 23rd Avenue
Miami’s very own native son Pitbull invades the Pep Boys parking lot and transforms it into the one of the biggest stages to date. Armando Christian Perez a.k.a. Mr. Worldwide will be bringin his Miami flavor back to his own backyard.
The Miami Herald/El Nuevo Herald Stage
SW 23rd Avenue
Not too many details have been released but there are rumors that some of hottest deejay talent out today will be rocking this stage.
Winn Dixie Family FunZone
Come and entertain your entire family here in the Calle Ocho funzone if you want to keep it as rated PG as possible for your kids. Even Miami’s favorite Chef Pepin will be here whipping up some of the best culinary masterpieces for you and your family to enjoy.
Univision 23 Stage
SW 27th Avenue
Calle Ocho’s main stage, that attracts the biggest names in entertainment and the largest crowds, will be star studded all over from its hosts to its performances. Puerto Rican reggaeton superstar Tony Dize is just one of the big names confirmed to be performing here this Sunday.
Calle Ocho 2012 will feature performances by Pitbull, Jencarlos Canela, Hansel y Raul, Flo Rida, Tony Dize, and many others. Sunday, March 11. SW Eighth Street between 12th and 27th avenues, Miami.
