Cesar Carias “El Chevo” born September 22, 1988 in Progreso, Honduras.
Since an early age he had an infatuation with music but didn’t get his career started till 2006, when he started working with MC Productions (Miami based Latin music label). He composed various hits for MC artist including “El Gusano”(#1 Hit), “Dame Un Beso” & “Ella Se Va”. After touring, writing and working on music for years, El Chevo sparks up interest from known producer Genio, and signs him to his Smash Eleven label. They immediately come up with a world wide hit, “Metela Sacala”. Influenced by there native sounds of Punta. They fuze together there traditional rhythms with the new electronic dance sounds of today and create “Electro Punta”. Metela Sacala catches the attention immediately of international company Zumba (Dance Fitness) which becomes there most succesful record once it comes out on ther Zin 48 album in December 2013. Warner/Chappell then signs the record to a publishing deal. El Chevo is making an impact world wide starting his tour mid 2014 in countries like Spain, Alaska, Monaco, Italy just to name a few.
