Daddy Yankee turns up Premios Juventud to the rhythm of “Rumbatón”

The 2022 Youth Awards were full of memorable moments and one of them was the presentation of Daddy Yankee, who opened the awards ceremony to the rhythm of “Rumbatón”, a song that is part of his latest album Legendaddy.

The Puerto Rican artist is ready to say goodbye to an era with his retirement from music, but before that he still has a tour ahead of him and big surprises like the spectacular performance he starred in this Thursday, July 21, at the Premios Juventud.

From a street in his native Puerto Rico, the Big Boss opened this Latin music party singing “Rumbatón” surrounded by dancers and with a euphoric audience that vibrated with the legendary reggaeton show.

This was not the only performance that Daddy Yankee starred in this historic night. Later, he sang with Natti Natasha, Wisin y Yandel his “Mayor que tú”.

“Super excited about what happened last night, I still can’t believe it. I managed to get the leaders of this movement together for the last time. #MayorQueYou live. Thank you Daddy Yankee, Wisin y Yandel for everything,” the Dominican reggaeton singer commented on the performance they did during the awards for their entire audience.
