What is it about Impress that makes you guys different from every other Bachata Group

What makes us different from every other Bachata group is the Willingness to improve whatever music there is out there into a bachata form; i.e. Stereo Love by Edward Maya & Vika Jigulina. The way that we all come together and synchronize all the melodies. By taking a house song, the one stated above and mixing it with our instruments and inserting a Bachata feel to it we are setting a trend and evolving Bachata music into something different yet fascinating. We also have this young energy that explodes when we are performing, capturing the souls of true modern hip bachateros out there without loosing the touch to keep our old folks entertained as well.

What has been your favorite moment of your new career so far?

My favorite moment of my career is getting on stage every time we perform. the feeling I get while I’m onstage is amazing, seeing the crowd cheer for us, sing along, and be able to open up for artists that have are well-known. When we have the privilege to open up for prominent artist’s people start associating IMPRESS as a professional band and that is the best feeling in the world, knowing that one has the privilege to share the same stage with the legends.

How do you guys mentally prepare before a show?

Personally I pray before going on stage, it is my way of tranquility. However, as a whole, we amp one another up, giving us the hype we need in order perform a good show.

What do you guys do on your time off?
On our time off we practice, hang out as a group, and we each individually also carry our lives; work, school, family.

Do you guys hang out as a group or go your separate ways after your done touring?

When we are done performing we normally stay after and hang out all together. We all have a good time together and with our significant others, we are very united.
