Once again Karol G continues to leave the name of Colombia high, as she became the most nominated female artist in the history of the Billboard awards.

With 15 nominations in figures such as Artist of the Year, Collaboration of the Year, Female Artist of the Year, Song of the Year for “Mamiii” and ‘Provenza‘ among others, the Colombian breaks another record and becomes the most nominated in the history of these awards, which will take place on September 29, at the Watsco Center in Coral Gables, Miami.

In addition, the Colombian has seven mentions for her song ‘Mamiii‘, which she sings with the American Becky G, and whose collaboration also aspires to the Hot Latin Song of the Year awards in categories such as Streaming Song of the Year and Latin Pop Song of the Year, among others.

This version of the Billboard will respond to 58 categories that cover different genres such as Latin Pop, Tropical, Regional Mexican or Latin Rhythm, so artists like Ban Bunny lead the list of nominations with 23, for his album ‘Un Verano sin tí‘.
