Since she was little she always had an interest in musical instruments, and currently plays guitar and ukulele. The artistic and entertainment vein is a vocation, she inherited it from her family who were the founders of the renowned Egred Hermanos Circus in Colombia.

Mila is characterized by being a charismatic, cheerful, spontaneous and disciplined person. She loves to dance and is self-taught, that is how she learned to play her favorite instrument and that has generated an identity for her; the ukulele (Hawaiian instrument); instrument with which she magically connects when composing her songs.

The musical influences that have most marked the style of this beautiful Colombian singer-songwriter come from international artists such as: Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Shakira, J Balvin and Karol G.

For Mila, music is the way to inspire people to pursue their dreams and be happy. “Music is something that transports me to different places, sounds, smells and tastes, and allows me to imagine and create without limits. I want to inspire hearts with a positive message about life and about gratitude.”

Mila released her first single in February 2018 and to date there are already 16 songs including Tiempo perdidos, Solo, Brisas, and Dale, in addition to collaborations with international artists and producers (United States, Mexico, Ecuador and Argentina). Her music is available on all digital platforms.

Currently, she is releasing her single “Dale” produced by Derbeat, a renowned producer who has worked with artists such as: Lola Indigo, Gustavo Elis, Matisse, Andy Rivera, among others. Composed by Mila Egred together with the Colombian composer Markinho, and mixed and mastered by Mavig (a sound engineer who has worked with artists such as Maluma, Shakira, Greeicy, among others).

In this song Mila stands out for being one of the few women in Colombia to do Afrobeat. Dale is a song with Afro and tropical Latin influences, this song aims to outline Mila as one of the first Colombian artists to do Afrobeat.

For this 2020, Mila continues to work on her next singles that will be full of surprises, international collaborations and very special videos, which will undoubtedly outline Mila as an international urban artist of great merit.
