Jesse Piedra better known by his stage name Pyro The Co$ta Rican was born September 19,1993 in Clearwater, FL.
He received his stage name after continuously displaying his ability to ignite the audience with a high temperature flow and heated lyrics. Pyro is half white and half Costa Rican. He was born and raised in Tampa Bay.
Pyro was first introduced to performing and recording music in his church. During this time he picked up playing the drums, and became infatuated with writing music of all
different genres, including hip hop, rock, pop, and reggaetón. He grew up in a single parent and low income household. Writing became a outlet for him to get through hard times. He attended and graduated from Chamberlain Senior High School. Throughout high school he was very active playing sports and participated in talent shows and rap battles. Some of Pyro’s biggest musical influences are Big Pun, Eminem, Pit-bull, and Sean Paul. But he has also found inspiration from artists like Nelly, South Park Mexican, and DJ Khaled. Pyro The Co$ta Rican – is best known for his new hit single Aye Mami- Ft. Nawlage- recorded and released in 2017.
