Reykon ‘El Lider‘, one of the most important exponents of reggaeton, does not stop captivating his fans with his songs and this time he presents his new release entitled ‘Bandidos’, a song that talks about the chemistry that exists between two people with totally different social circles.
Thanks to singles such as ‘Tu Cuerpo Me Llama‘, ‘La Suite‘ and ‘11:11‘ with Beele, the Colombian singer has managed to position himself as one of the best artists in Latin America and now he is once again showing off his talent with a project in which he mixes urban rhythms and a history of looks that promises to captivate all his followers.
Before the release of his new single, the reggaeton player promoted it from his official Instagram account with some advances and celebrated his record work with a tattoo that he also shared with his fans. The theme mentions recognized places in the city of Medellin in some parts of its lyrics such as Envigado, Reykon’s birthplace.
“We went up to clapping and lit a blunt, I took her to envigado and that’s where she let go”, says one of the fragments of ‘Bandidos’. This release was shot in the city of eternal spring and the video is made up of the people closest to the Colombian artist, made under the creativity of the moment.
The production of the video was directed by Magia Beatz and it is already available on all digital music platforms. It is a romantic comedy directed by Felipe Martínez and produced by Dynamo that tells the story of love story between Lucas (Roberto Urbina) and Lina (Laura Londoño), where he will realize that before conquering her, he will have to conquer his paisa family.
In this film, Reykon plays “Primo David” whose dream is to become a famous reggaeton singer and together with his cousin Juan and his uncle Víctor they look for any opportunity to make fun of Lucas while he tries to win Lina’s heart.
