RKM & Ken-Y, confirmed that this romantic reggaeton duo decided to separate so that each member can continue their solo careers.
Jose Nieves, real name of the interpreter, told the reporter Yulianna Vargas that after nearly 10 years together, they have separated “fair and square” and he is working on his own solo album.
“the times we have always talked and discussed what we agreed … From my album, I have several issues currently in question with producer Raphy Pina and negotiate what we do, “he said in the program Dando Candela, Telemundo of Puerto Rico .
RKM, whose stage name is pronounced “Rakim” peered Ken-Y could be producing too an album by his side.
RKM & Ken-Y formed the reggaeton duo in 2004 in Puerto Rico . Kenny Ruben Vazquez, real name Ken-Y, and his partner quickly achieved international success after its release oficialcon Masterpiece ECSL in 2006. Thereafter, published six productions and made numerous concert tours and collaborations with colleagues in the genre.
