This Years Latin Grammy Award Performers Announced

The XIV Latin Grammy Award nominees have been announced and some of those nominees will also be performing as the list was revealed yesterday by the Latin Recording Academy.

The first performers and nominees are Pablo Alborán, Marc Anthony, Miguel Bosé, Jesse & Joy (with Mario Domm), Natalia Lafourcade, Draco Rosa and Carlos Vives. It goes to mention of two artists who made a phenomenal come back in the Latin music world – Draco Rosa and Carlos Vives. Draco Rosa out beat cancer and Carlos Vives with five Latin Grammy Awards nominations after eight years of absence from the United States music industry due to record label issues. Another singer who has taken over the salsa genre and made it stronger with a new album is Marc Anthony. Anthony’s album ‘Marc Anthony 3.0’ and it’s first single release ‘Vivir Mi Vida’ has broken record sales and hit the top music charts for months.

Mexican actress and singer Lucero returns to be the host for the evening. As for the presenters of the awards and performers, Omar Chaparro, Ninel Conde, Ximena Navarrete, Ivan Sanchez, Blanca Soto, Mayrin Villanueva and David Zepeda.

The Latin Grammy Awards will be broadcast live on Univision (www.univision.com) from 8 to 11 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. Central) on Thursday, November 21 from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.
