Will he give up music? Rauw Alejandro creates a new cognac recipe!

Rauw Alejandro created a new cognac recipe, called “Más Miel”, in alliance with Societé des Vins et Eaux de Vie, established since 1830 in France.

It is a mixture of natural raw honey from Spain with a cognac of the highest quality that was produced by the mentioned liquor house, according to what their representatives reported this Friday in a statement.

The urban music artist commented that he added “a pinch of ginger to give it the final touch. The result is amazing. It blows your mind when your palate feels the mix of all the ingredients.”

Rauw Alejandro explained that this is “a personal project” that he wanted to do for himself, his family, friends and, of course, his audience, and that honey is “essential” for his voice.

A long time ago I was looking for a liquor made to my liking, and I didn’t want to partner with large corporations just to endorse a product, I wanted to create the drink myself and participate in the process,” he added.

For this reason, he said that he launched himself “fully” when this project arose “together with experienced French artisans and having absolute creative control.”

“Más Miel” is already available in Puerto Rico at Econo and Selectos supermarkets and the Bodegar restaurant, and its price is around 35 dollars a bottle, that is, about 715 Mexican pesos.

It is expected that by the end of this year 2022 the drink can be ordered online in the United States.

Julien Nau, executive director of Societé des Vins et Eaux de Vie, commented that the collaboration with the Puerto Rican has been taking place for several years and went “much further” than they initially imagined.

For his part, businessman Alberto de la Cruz, president of Coca Cola Puerto Rico Bottlers, distributors of “Más Miel,” predicted that Rauw Alejandro’s cognac will be a success because the design of the bottle and its flavor make it “very special.” “.
