Q: How does music play a role in your everyday life?
A: It started when I was younger, every thing I did I had to have a radio on, from washing my car, to going down to the court to run a couple of games of bball. Still to this day the first thing I do when I get up is go to my laptop and play music..
Q: What made you want to become a radio personality?
A: I use to Listen to a girl on the radio all the time, I was the guy that would always call the radio station. (I have those type of people now) I would call non stop and one day I told her I would be on radio. Radio personalities always grabbed my attention since I was in high school. I mean don’t get me wrong, Like I wanted to be a pro athlete just like every other guy lol.. But radio seem more realistic..
Q: How hard was it going from your previous station to Power 95.3?
A: I love it, Its been a change that was def needed in my life. I was there for a long time and things just seemed repetitive. It was time to shake things up a bit..
Q: What do you do on your free time?
A: Meetings with a lot of club owners and like to play basketball and softball. (dont judge me on the softball lol)
Q: When you’re on your way to the station what music do you listen to?
A: 95.3 but I dont listen like everybody else does.. I listen to see what we have going on, what promo’s, what commercials are playing, who’s at what club.. All the other stuff but the music lol
Q: Who are your top three favorite artists?
A: Michael Jackson, Big Pun and Biggie..
Q: NBA or NFL and why?
A: NBA all day, I couldnt play football to save my life as a kid.. Love playing basketball, Was a better baseball player, but Bball was my shit!!
Q: If you would have never made it on the radio what else would you be doing?
A: Believe it or not I wanted to be a PE Teacher and coach High school baseball..
Q: Beyonce or Rihanna and why?
A: Rihanna, cause she seems like a fun one to hang out with.. Wild ass chick!!
Q: What advice can you give to people that look up to you and want to make it in this business?
A: Loyalty is a big part of this game, Orlando is too small.. You burn a bridge and your screwed after that!!
Q: What made you want to be on the radio?
A: I just to always get in trouble cause I talked to much at school.. Figured why not make a career out of it.. I was damn good at talking in school so why not lol
Q: How does it feel when you hear your voice on the radio?
A: Do you feel accomplished and proud of your work? Its still always funny to hear my commercials being played, and yes I am very proud. Most stations have between 4 to 6 people on air and I been doing this for a min now and Im still going strong.. Blessed and thankful!!
