Robinson Cano and the Seattle Mariners have agreed on a 10 year, $240 Million contract reported by MLB on Friday. Cano and his agents met Thursday night in Seattle with Mariners top executives, and from there the Mariners made him an offer he couldn’t refuse. Not only will Cano receive $240 Million but the deal also comes with a full no-trade clause. Cano who is now 31 will return to Seattle on Sunday and will undergo a physical Monday to complete what would be the third-largest contract in baseball history 1st by Alex Rodriguez, 2nd Albert Pujols, and now Robinson Cano.
